1) Legacy system



  • A legacy system, in the context of computing, refers to outdated computer systems, programming languages or application software that are used instead of available upgraded versions. 
2) ETL (short form of Extract, Transform and Load)
  • ETL is defined as a process that extracts the data from different RDBMS source systems, then transforms the data (like applying calculations, concatenations, etc.) and finally loads the data into the Data Warehouse system.
  •  ETL full-form is Extract, Transform and Load.

3) Direct Data Integration 

Data integration involves combining data residing in different sources and providing users with a unified view of them.

4) Middleware Requirements
